Worst company ever! The owner of this company apparently owns numerous companies all involving RC products. If you see an address in the City of Industry, look out! The only phone they will respond to is sales. If you have a problem, you will never be able to contact them. Had to fight to get my money back on a order. I do not see how they are marked B+ with the better business bureau, unless he has employees writing reviews.

Warning to all I have had a terrible experience with XHELI. STAY FAR AWAY. I ordered two heli's for my tweenagers at Christmas. They arrived on time and they were promptly wrapped and hidden till Christmas morning. When they were unwrapped neither worked. Without boring everyone with the details BOTH were non operational, never even took flight. It ruined our kids' Christmas as times were tight and it was their only substantial gift. Corresponded with XHELI via chat as it is impossible to get them on the phone and they WILL NOT call you - as I emailed and begged them to do as I had to call long distance several times on hold for over 15 minutes and never could get through. Finally through email, I got a Return Auth, which after reading all the posts I guess I should feel fortunate. They would not send me a paid return label even though they sent me defective merchandise, so I bucked up spent over $30 to pack, ship , insure and mail to them, and then when I finally got the credit they charged me a 15% restocking fee on faulty merchandise. I questioned them on it and all I get is same policy statement, its like a robot answering questions. I understanding restocking if you change your mind, but not for faulty merchandise, now I have to chase it down with my credit card company and try to work on it that way. I am generally very laid back, but these guys are by far the worst vendor I have ever done business with. They are non-responsive, obviously don't value customers . After all the time and heartache over the whole thing ---never so much as an apology which is free...and goes a long way. RUN FAR and RUN FAST from XHELI

I purchased an heli alummin case and it was cracked the day i received it.Icalled the company and they said you have to pay to ship it back.Isaid i received it that way and the box was not dammaged from shipping.The fellow i talk to said we dont pay for the return even if is damaged.I will never use them again an will put post over the internet. Bad BUSSINESS!

Before making an order I actually called ad waited about 5 minutes before getting an answer. Once answered I asked if they had a certain helicopter physically in stock and they had it. So I ordered over the phone got the confirmation of the charge to my email that instant. ALso I had the lady check on another order I had for a li-po battery and she went to go and check for a minute and had said I was already out on the delivery truck. So overall I feel bad for those who had gotten bad service on customer help or parts but I got good service and comfirmation numbers for everything I ordered. Personally I think it would be best for all future orders to be done over the phone or at least call to find out they've physically have parts in stock before ordering. Hope this helps thanks!

i have recieved no good products from xheli/raidentech/nitroplanes/nitrorcx.
when i purchased a heli from them the reciever went out the first day.three weeks later i got my replacement,it was used i could adjust the problem out of it.so i order from another company a low and behold it work`s.
on another heli i bought a reciever from them cause they were the only one who had it, guess what it was used too. and didnt work.
then they want to charge you for the return of their faulty products.
and if you have a return it takes even longer than three weeks for a replacement.
i have all the bad and used products they`ve sent me. i will never buy from this company again

thy are known as www.raidentech.com too, i admit thy are good busniss ppl and they did replace the defect parts and they exchanged the merchndise, i hieghly recomend them .

It is unfortunate that this company uses an "American front" for it's asian owned/operated remote control hobby business. Recently I received a r/c helicopter as a 2008 Xmas gift and upon placing the order, the person realized that batteries were unavailable and when they inquired through Xheli, the person making the inquiry was told they were on back order and would be available the 3rd week in January, 2009. It is now February 1st & their site (Xheli.com) remains to say "battery out of stock." Xheli customer support (both on-line, as well as via phone) is horrible. Their customer support is about as useful as a used piece of toilet paper. The owner has used pseudo names such as "Andy" & "John," but has an asian first name instead. The original product ordered was delivered fine, without damage and worked well. However, when it comes to customer support and keeping up with sub-products that are needed to work with the originally purchased product, this company really needs to improve!!!

This "company" is terrible, they sent me a defective product, didn't answer their phone or online live chat until 8 attempts, and then expect me to pay to return the defective product, because it is "their policy". Not only did it ruin my stepsons Christmas I am out the shipping charge. There is a reason their prices are so cheap. Remember you get what you pay for and if you pay xheli you get nothing and headaches and fees. I only wish I could pick zero stars.

Xheli goes out of its way to offer the best in customer service and products in the online heli business. No problem or inquiry is too small or trivial to be noticed and is promptly and professionally addressed...Even some fairly idiotic ones. One or two of mine would fall in that category.

X-Heli (Raidentech, Zhobby, Nitro Planes, and a few others), the whole company has undergone such huge changes in the last few months. They have done soo much to change their image that I had to come write a review. They have some of the lowest prices available, think of them as the Walmart of hobbystores. They now have their OWN forum where you can get help with any of your problems, and get the help QUICKLY, go to ( rcdiscuss.com ). It usually takes my orders 7-9 Days to get to me using UPS (of course it is the Holiday Season, Dec.) They need to work on packaging things (as in start using packaging materials) but just so eveyone knows, no matter how hard you try "X-Heli" does NOT SPELL "UPS", UPS kinda sucks, alot, they like to kick packages, my boxes always look like it got tossed through the warehouse a few times before fallling off a truck and getting run over by a forklift. But I look forward to continuing to order from X-Heli in the future. They have some crazy sales, theres one coming up after Christmas, w00t!

These people are virtually impossible to get in contact with, either online or by phone....I got three helicopters from them and ALL where bad and did NOT fly....They said after I tried to contact them every day for a week and someone finally answered the phone that" That's impossible"...Even my local hobby shop could NOT get any of them to fly....Then, of course, it was too late to return them...their esky products,customer service and attitude should close them down!!!!!!!! Worst company I have EVER dealt with for any product........

My first 4 orders went very well, good prices, fair and fast shipping, and good quality product. Then I recieved an order that was damaged in shipping. Not really their fault, BUT, I emailed them about the damaged shipment which was missing items several weeks ago and have not gotten ANY response. This weekend I placed another order, I had been watching several items on their website which where out of stock for several weeks. They finally became avialable on Saturday, so I ordered them immiedaitly. Monday I got an email from them saying the items where out of stock and would be unavailable for 3-4 weeks. I wrote back asking what was up with their site saying they had some, and have received no reply. 1-800 number is out of service, and their other number is ALWAYS busy during their "working" hours.

I have done business with XHELI and found that there response to finding out where part of you order is non exisitent. I have called there listed phone number with no luck. I have tried the 1 800 number and it no longer works, and there fax number also is out of order. I have paid for parts and never recieved them. There ad states that they guarantee everything 100%. I have found this not to be true.
