Eric Handler of Vault Mortgage gave me exceptional service in handling my new loan. I was working with several mortgage brokers, as well as directly with a Lender, and Eric was more efficient than any of them. Eric stayed on top of my application, and was always easy to reach and to talk to. He answered all my questions succinctly and accurately, and delivered on what he promised..........and went the extra mile to deliver the type of loan I wanted, and in a speedy manner. I 'met' David Garcia after several companies contacted me online to refinance my house. All of our talks were done by email and fax. David always emailed to keep me informed, and even when we ran into snags and I was ready to throw in the towel, he kept at it. Took longer than either of us expected, but the end result was two mortgages combined into one, at almost half the original rates. I had very little to do but give David info or documents as the need arose, he did it all. He always answered my emails promptly, even if it was late evening on a weekend, via his Blackberry! It was great to have someone like David doing his best for 'family'. I let another agent go, that I was working with when David came along, for the simple reason of not keeping me informed, and taking too long to get answers.

I recently completed refinancing my owner occupied duplex into a 30 yr fixed mortgage though Vault. Eric Handler and Richmond Kodugogot worked diligently with me to over come several complications and impetiments associated with a HELOC I wanted to retain, a lower than anticipated appraisal, and seeing to it that my rental income from an out of state property counted. Thanks to their encouragement and persistence, the end result was that I obtained the very best rate possible.

I sent in a request through LowerMyBills.com and several loan companies contacted me. Richmond Kodugo, with Vault Mortgage was very personable and very helpful. I was able to re-finance my condo with a fixed rate lower than the the other 5 or 6 loan companies offered. He was very aggressive in obtaining the loan. He works for YOU. I was very impressed with Richmond, Eric Handler, and the rest of the staff at Vault Mortage. I highly recommmend them.

I enjoyed speaking with David Garcia from the start. When he first called I told him I thought I had already found someone to work with. However, after speaking with him, I changed my mind. He was knowledgeable and persistent without being overbearing. He was then affectionately nicknamed “the guy who wouldn’t hang up.”
We ran into a few snags and he was instrumental in resolving them. He made phone call after phone call to get things done. We ended up with a better interest rate than I expected.
Overall he did a great job. I would refer anyone to David and Vault Mortgage without hesitation.

We had contacted Lending Tree in early March regarding the refinancing of our home and had 3/4 responses, none of which followed up after our first inputs. We had gone to our current mortgage holder and was turned down because our income was seemingly not documented well enough for Fannie Mae. Our own bank would not even look, saying that they would run into the same problem.
We are well into retirement; have owned this house for nearly twenty years, had an interest-only loan due for payment in 2011, really wanted to take advantage of the new interest rates but felt as though we were destined to have to move when the old mortgage was due (we knew we would not be able to afford any mortgage in 2011). We were very disappointed.
Then Vault Mortgage called. Could they help us? I explained the situation, expecting the same turn down as before. "We will do our best to get you a mortgage Mr. Barnes".
After the first document submission we were offered 4.875% for a quarter point. Elation! But....Fannie Mae wanted more information; particularly how we generated our incomce (from as-needed IRA withdrawals). After several submssions, not only was the original offer still on the table, but another, more favorble, offer was made. We jumped at it.
This whole precess took about 5 weeks and Vault Mortgage always made us feel as though we were their only customers, always maintained cool when I got a bit "hot" and more than anything kept our expectations at exactly the right level. We had complete confidence in Vault throughout the gruelling process.

My refinance experience was nothing but "stress free" which was only possible by the services provided by Joshua Willis and Eric. Joshua ALWAYS took the time to keep us informed every step of the way of what was going on. The services provided was done in a professional manner, I felt like I mattered to them, there was never a point where I felt left out of the loop, I always knew what stage my paperwork was in the entire process. The rate we were able to obtain was absolutely FANTASTIC. The start to finish took approximately 3 - 4 weeks. At first I was planning to get a loan with a big bank, directly. I looked into getting a loan from Wells Fargo. Vault Mortgage was able to get me the same rate for a half the buy-down point (0.25) than Wells Fargo. The service provided by Eric and David was superb. I’ve made the best decision to go with them! They are dedicated professional and it was an enjoyable experience getting my loan from them. They kept me inform throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly. I really was impressed with the friendly, easy to deal with manner of the loan officer Richmond. He was a delight to work with. We were able to refinance our home that is 300 miles away from their office without ever having to go to the office itself. All the work was done via telephone, fax and email. Plus, they gave the best deal in the cost to make this loan. I recommend them highly.

My husband and I had been turned down by several other companies not because of bad credit or the lack of income they were afraid of a default on our first home with the way the economy was. Vault Mortgage was aggressive, knowledgeable and efficient with the negotiation of our loan on the second home therefore was able to fund our second home and has given us the opportunity to accomplish one of our goals in life.
