Me and my wife had a great experiance shopping for our engagement ring. We went to the Montclair store. Compared to all the other stores that we went to, they had the best service and quality of rings. Robbins Brothers was a bit more expensive, but it was well worth it! Remember...you get what you pay for! My wife is looking forward to going back for our 1 year anniversary gifts!

AVOID THE TORRANCE ROBBIN BROS! I am only speaking from experiences I had at this branch, but I have a feeling it may be ALL their branches. I felt that this branch was not subtle to the fact that they are all working on commissions and give service in relation to potential percentage... I was very frustrated with the service my girlfriend and I received. I had to call and e-mail numerous times just to get some follow up and status on a few rings I was interested in. After a lot of persistence I finally got a ring, but was not satisfied at all with my experience. So much so that I have now started looking for alternative jewelers to do business with. Apparently I am not alone.. A simple web (google) search of "Robbins Bros complaints" will give you a good idea as to what I'm talking about and how I feel. This should have been a shopping experience that left us with happiness and memories. Robbins Bros. has made me so disgusted, (I wrote them 1st of my frustrations, and I still have not heard back from them) I am posting here so hopefully you wont have to feel as I do.
