I tried to purchase a Verizon Krazer on line with Dot Cells. I used a VISA gift card to make online purchases for identify protection purposes. My card was declined for insufficient funds. I immediately checked my balance online and it shows a charge from DotCells for the amount of the phone. After several hours of just trying to get a hold of someone and sending several emails. Customer service finally got back with me by email once I said I was filing a complaint. Then when I did get a call it said it was because of the billing address, I was purchasing with a VISA gift card and there is no billing address or no way to set one up. I have printed the actual page from their website that said my card was declined for insufficient funds even though the customer service rep said it was for billing address information. All I wanted was a cell phone, now I have a headache and no cell phone and in the hole $83.00.

I recently bought a phone from this company and when I received the cell phone it was not functioning at all. I called the company and they said to return it and I will get my refund. They said they will refund my money within 4 days. It has been more than 2 weeks and they have not given me the refund I deserve. When I call to ask about the issue they keep saying they will call me back but they never do. I've called them 2 times already and they say the same things. I do not recommend this company at all. I don't ever think they will give me my money back. The customer service is ridiculous!

I got a used phone from Dot Cells 2 weeks back and it is working absolutely fine and they sent me a very good handset.
Thanks , I will reccommend dotcells .
