I ordered WiiResort with two motion pluses from HamGo and got a box that said there was only one.
When I called customer support, he was extremely rude and very hostile. He told me there were two in the box and it just wasn't labeled that way. After he sarcastically told me to open the box and check, I did only to find one.
When I told them there was only one, he told me there was two! I told him no, there was only one. He then had the temerity to ask me if I actually opened the box! I could not believe the absolute arrogance!
Finally he said he'd ship out another one. I told him that I needed it before Christmas and he said he ship out two day air.
Unfortunately, Target was selling these same item for $20 cheaper. Oh well. Never shop or buy at HamGo they don't care about their customers so why give them your money?

HamGo advertised shipping within 24 hour of order. After three days without a shipping confirmation, I tried to contact the company by email and phone without success. 10 day later, when I was finally able to reach the company and cancel the order, they said they would reverse the credit card charges. Two weeks later, I had to call again to have the charges reversed, and they then charged me a cancellation fee. Poor customer service, no response to emails, a full voicemail system. I would not recommend this company based upon my experience.

Overall the website was great and I was able to finally find a Nintendo DS lite! Did have an issue with Shipping timing around the holidays but Sales Manager Al was kind enough to contact me and work though the issue.
Small company may have some growing problems but wouldn't you rather buy from someone who cares enough to actually contact you when there is an issue? The commitment to getting things right made the difference to me.

The link you receive from you order email will update when your product actually ships. Do not be alarmed that they charge you immediately and then don't ship your product until after they say they will. My wii was shipped 5 days later than they said it would be on the website. I never called or complained, and once it shipped, UPS delivered 5 days after that. Hamgo is also overpriced by about $120, but they actually have wiis. Sams Club has a great bundle for much less (if it is available at the time you browse) Hamgo actually delivers...I don't know how when no one else has the products they sell, but it's sometimes best not to ask too many questions....capiche?

I had similar concerns with my Wii bundle package I purchased from Hamgo.com about 2 weeks ago (11/07) that Tom V. mentioned in his previous post. There is a lag between ordering and shipping that should be corrected one way or another by Hamgo.com. There business practice is to charge your account at the time of order placement, not when the order is shipped which spooks alot of people I am sure. Their communication is lacking as well. I relayed these concerns to a Hamgo.com representative I spoke to after about 4 days of trying to contact someone via the phone numbers listed on this BB site. Bottom line is that, in the end, I got what I paid for in a decent amount of time. If Hamgo.com would just be more clear about their shipping process and be easier to communicate with I would have changed my over all rating of them from a 3 to a solid 4-5 for my first experience in using them. I recieved exactly what I wanted at a decent price and did not have to spend early Sunday mornings in Circuit City's parking lot to hopefully get it. I would consider using Hamgo.com again in the future for hard to find products. I don't believe Hamgo.com "Sucks as a company" as Tom V. wrote previously. I feel they might just want to get a bit more professional in their customer communication like their bigger competition.

I order my Wii on 10/9/07 and there web site promissed shipping witin 24 hours... I didn't get my tracking/shipping information until 10/12 (that's when it was shipped) they lie about 24 hour shipping and recived my wii on 10/16 (7 days later). communication with hamgo is very poor, when you call there number no one answers the phone you go into voice mail HELL! I left emails no one return my emails. As for the Wii is great we love it... AS for HAMGO they Suck as a company. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!
