You continued to hang in there and respond to every email and always keeping things straight contacting everybody over the last year until things fell out and people you had to contact over and over and report back to with the results, yet you overcame the obstacles and got one step closer to selling the home or certainly didn't have the strength and patience to see this come to the end, yet did it.

It will be my pleasure -You did really help the process seem real to me - I was very scared, and even more skeptical. I had done just enough Internet research and talked to just enough friends who had been there or known someone who had been there - that I was totally confused. I hate to admit it, but I was having a huge trust issues with the different parties that were guiding me though this process. Anyway, once you came on board and explained what was going to happen and made me a part of it, I felt so much better and was able to relax a little with it. I am so happy that I found Nationwide Real Estate Solutions to sell my home in less than 2 months. I know that everyone in the industry is very busy with short sales however Mondi took the time to explain everything to me and got it done. Thanks again.

While surfing the web looking for investors/realtors we "happened upon" Nationwide Real Estate, Inc. How very fortunate for us.
At tough times like this (bad economy), even though it was in a good neighborhood, our house was a bit of tough sell. Thanks to Nationwide Staff specially Mondi Segadhat for being professional, persistent, knowledgeable and experienced enough to go through all the required processes, documents and contracts. We sold our home in no time!!!
We would highly recommend Nationwide Real Estate, Inc. to anyone, as we know they will be well taken care of.

I can't believe it's really done. I already talked to Kevin the other day and thanked him.
I just wanted to THANK YOU for doing such a great job. I consider myself fortunate to have worked with someone with such experience and dedication to the customer. I was very impressed with the communication of my processor, Larry Izenberg, who alerted me to the fact that I was losing my property in a Trustee Sale on April 7, 2009.
Nationwide had only received my package three weeks prior to this.
I was most concerned about the coming up with the approximately 6 months worth of payments that I was behind on as well as losing my home.
Larry filled out my paperwork for me, faxed to me for signature and said that he would be able to speak with a negotiator within a few days. With just five days left until my sale date, Larry was able to negotiate with the lender to put all of my back payments for the month of May and then dropped my 30 year fixed of 7% down to a 30 year fixed at 5%.
I greatly appreciated the speed and especially the communication of Larry on behalf of Nationwide Real Estate Solutions.
This is a huge relief to me and I would recommend them to anyone who has a mortgage modification issue.
