Never under any circumstances join this survey site unless you want to be scammed. I accumulated $25 and tried to cash out for a gift card to Amazon. They had me waiting for more than 2 months telling me that it will be in anyday and then they rejected my request to cash out. Huge waste of time that could have been spent doing something else instead of making this company any money. 2 words DON'T JOIN!!!!!

I feel that I have to warn others about Surveyhead. I have been a member for months and have never been paid. You qualify for surveys that say 15 minutes but by the time you get to the congratulations page it has taken more like 25 or 30 minutes. Even though you qualify and complete each survey, your money is listed as "pending" for 2-6 weeks as THEY state. However, I have money that has been pending since November. After they finally change your money from "pending" to "earned" they state "up to 4 weeks for payment to be "confirmed". My money was finally "confirmed" and approved for payment 7 weeks after the fact and several emails to their customer service later. As of today, it has been over 8 weeks, more than double of the STATED "up to 4 weeks" and now I am being told that they are backed up from the holidays! Please carefully consider what I have said before wasting your time. It has been so long that I now have another 40 something dollars again pending and I have still not received a cent of nearly $70 I have made! Beware!

This is my first time writing a review, however, I felt it necessary to warn others about the company Surveyhead. Though usually skeptical, I decided to trust them. I took quite a few surveys with them, and I reached a total of 28.50. Here is the problem: Each survey must be verified. I have had a total of $23 verified, but you CANNOT cash out and recieve any payment until you have reached $25. I have a survey from 4 months and 1 from 5 months ago still waiting to be verified and paid. I emailed the company after about a month, and I received a reply stating that they were behind but I would be paid within a couple of weeks. After more than another month had passed with still no payment I emailed again. I have emailed several times since with no further reply and no payment. I feel that I have been conned by this company. I held my end of the agreement. They took my time, and they have given me nothing in return for it.

I just wanted to add a few more comments of my own concerning SurveyHead. I am a new member there. They do send the surveys but they state that your payment will remain under pending until it is verified by a customer service representative. My question is, why is that. If I was allowed to take the survey and reached the page that says congratulations you have just completed the survey then why wouldn't it show my credits. I think this should be investigated by the BBB. Time is money and money is time to me. No one wants to do work and not get paid, the economy is too bad now. Also for other viewers of this page please go to www.surveypolice.com and see some of the other complaints for this company. Why hasn't the BBB looked into this?

They get you up a little more than half way to cash out, then never give you the chance to earn the rest. Will not respond after 50 or so emails just ignore you. They owe me money.

I filled out a survey for "Surveyhead" that promised $4.00 for a 15 minute survey. I answered approximately 30-40 questions over about 7 minutes before I was notified that the survey had met its required number of responses. In my opinion this company runs a scam that gets as much free information from survey-takers as possible before notifying those survey-takers that they won't be paying them a dime.
