My wife and I were looking for a particular car. We could not find it near our city. After searching online, we found a car that met what we were looking for at CAS Miami. It was newer than we had been looking for, but the same price range because of the salvage title.

Joe at CAS Miami worked with us over email and phone to send out additional pictures, and to answer our questions. He helped us understand what it meant to buy a salvage vehicle, and what was required to get the vehicle registered in our state. We also were somewhat nervous to buy a car over the internet that we hadn't seen in person...and to send the money before receiving the car. Joe helped relieve our fears with additional communications during the transactions time period. He went above and beyond in communicating every step of the process, so we would know that things were progressing as planned. He even contacted us while the car was in transit to see if it had arrived yet.

They arranged the shipping from Florida to our state. The car arrived as it had been described with no surprises. The car had the exact mileage (19), as shown in the pictures we were sent. The car arrived with both sets of keys, and the valet key, floor mats, spare tire, jack, owners manual, etc. They mailed the car title separately, and it arrived two days before the car did...which made it very fast to rebuild the title and start having fun driving it! It's an amazing car and we have no regrets about buying it from CAS Miami. We would recommend them to others.
