I ordered some tile from this vendor using the 110% price guarantee. I was issued a quote and then an invoice and saved quite a bit of money! Shortly thereafter I received an e-mail that my order was canceled because my price match was from "items bought by home centers". This was NOT in an exclusion anywhere in their 110% price guarantee. I would be wary of this company as it was clear they offer the 110% guarantee, but they have very vague and limited guidelines of when it can be used. I will be checking my credit card statement carefully to ensure a refund is made promptly. I ended up going to my local home center and saved $4.62 per square foot!

Hi Vickie, While your description sounds very uncharacteristic of our customer service department, I would like to apologize for your poor experience. Also, I'd like to apologize for any confusion in regards to our Pricematch Policy. You'll notice that we make no guarantee as there are just too many extenuating circumstances. We try to beat any price we can in order to allow customers to deal with a reputable company like ourselves, but occasionally it is just not possible. 4/8/09 I ordered flooring online on March 22nd 2009 which i used their 110% pricematch because a competitor online had a better price. They processed the invoice, then sent a reply saying they would not honor their price. So I ended up ordering from the competitor, however fastfloors.com had a better price listed on their stairnose pieces so I ordered from them. They acknowledged the order, charged my credit card; then 10 days went by and I had no shipping confirmation. I emailed to ask about it and they replied that I should having promptly. 2 more days went by and I got a call from their personnel that the price changed on the pieces I ordered the stair nose DOUBLED! I asked when the price change took place and she told me 2 days, I said I ordered over 10 days ago and she would not honor the invoice. This is not a BETTER BUSINESS and I would recommend the BBB take their logo off their website.
