4/8/09 I ordered flooring online on March 22nd 2009 which i used their 110% pricematch because a competitor online had a better price. They processed the invoice, then sent a reply saying they would not honor their price. So I ended up ordering from the competitor, however fastfloors.com had a better price listed on their stairnose pieces so I ordered from them. They acknowledged the order, charged my credit card; then 10 days went by and I had no shipping confirmation. I emailed to ask about it and they replied that I should having promptly. 2 more days went by and I got a call from their personnel that the price changed on the pieces I ordered the stair nose DOUBLED! I asked when the price change took place and she told me 2 days, I said I ordered over 10 days ago and she would not honor the invoice. This is not a BETTER BUSINESS and I would recommend the BBB take their logo off their website.
