Skybox, Inc.

Compré por internet un libro y un video en Amazon, me afilié por internet a Skybox para que me lo hagan llegar a mi oficina en Ecuador. Skybox solicita que para hacer el envio a Ecuador tengo que enviar por e-mail copias de mi documento de identidad, tarjeta de credito (ambos lados) y mi estado de cuenta del Banco. Esto no estaba especificado en el contrato inicial y me parece que es totalmente inadecuado que capten via e-mail este tipo de información que si llega a caer en manos indebidas podria ser usada para clonar tarjetas de credito y cometer fraude.

These ppl are really something else!!
They had my expensive package sitting there for days, billed me for the shipping and customs clearance the same day they got the package but still didn't ship out my stuff!!
And to top it off, they say they will ship your item out that same day,but after a couple days still nothing is done!
aslo when you call to find out what is wrong the ppl don't understand english too well so they frustrated you.
Up to now they can't give me a proper answer to when my shippment will arrive in my country.
So I honestly believe they need to work on their services, because they are surely lacking!!

Dear All, Please stay away from this company and its services. My personal experience has been terrible, their level of service is one of the lowest i have ever seen, no response for the goods on transit and what is worst no clear rates so at the end of the day you don't know if they are charging you correctly or arbitrarily. If you ever try to get a response from their customer services you will be deceived.
