Primecast has an indifferent approach to both services supplied and customer service. They have from our experience and from direct knowledge of the experience of others in our neighborhood failed to keep appointments, improperly installed equipment, damaged homes, kept incorrect billing information that always benefits the company, promise prompt customer service via installation representatives and via phone calls and fails to deliver on either, and too many other examples to list.
Primecast is among the worst companies with whom I have done business. They are only a broker for telephone, internet, and television services, all of which they contract with other companies to provide to the customer and yet bill from the Primecast office. They refuse to identify the companies that actually provide specified services. Through intensive research, we have found that several of the companies used also have poor ratings with the BBB.
To summarize, don't use Primecast.
