Endicia.com is a great way to save money on shipping items across the Country. What a great thing this is too. BBB allowing and posting reviews. "Wonderful" I will do every Company I work with as I hope somebody does our Company too.

Back to Endicia. The Software and online help has been great. Signup was easy as can be and you can get a promo possibly through the Post office or elsewhere. It is much faster than using the Priority mail site from the post office and of course it is better than traveling to the post office.

As with any Company things can always be improved. There is a Problem with refunds on the site and electronically. First of all, refunds are very difficult to get. I think I have filed close to Ten and only received one. Today for example I had 2 failed transactions, you can not get a refund electronically so you are redirected to their site. On said page there is "NOT" an option for failed transaction refunds. There are 3 options and you need some type on information to apply for the refund. Refunds are not given on that page, it happens 3 pages later, watch because there is an icon that makes it look like you are done. Not only that, you have to mail in a request. Calling has always got me a recording and calls always come back the next day.

Refunds are very difficult to Obtain unless it is an e-refund, which I have not followed up on yet. You have to keep a copy of a label that you printed for a refund. Had one get jammed in the machine. 25.00 international shipment no label, no refund as of yet and it has been a month. Bottom line, make a mistake, jam your printer, get a failed transaction and you will most likely lose that money. I have so far. We will see if I can work it out with them. Then I can edit my review or add to it.

In Conclusion, Software is greeat, price is great, Support will always return calls, so dont anticipate an answer when you call. 10-15 time I have not been answered once. And be very careful printing and setting up your system. Your mistakes are where they make their extra money and they have not called asking to give me money back on my mistakes.

I switched from Stamps.com to Endicia and never looked back. I was a original beta tester for Stamps.com and was with them for about 3 years. When I discovered Endicia and how different if it was, I really liked it. Customer service has been great. Their 9.95 a month plan offers everything I need. It totally integrates with my outlook address book and I don't need the higher price plan to do this.
