I am now in my second week of lies, false promises and weak, meaningless apologies. A simple A/C unit clearly listed as "In Stock" on the website and guaranteed to ship in 1-2 days. This time I was told that it had been damaged by a forklift at the shipping terminal......BUT my account had not been billed even though I was told the charge goes through when it leaves their building. HMMMMMM, today the "replacement" had already left the building enroute to the shipper "to be put on the truck today!!!" yet no account billing, no tracking, no nada. When I questioned the lack of billing for either event , after the "tech support specialist" quit stammering and backpedaling, I was informed that I just didn't understand their process ( I must have missed that day in Grad school....pretty high tech, I know). Unlike the other unhappy reviewers, I have never received any status delay emails or calls, nothing whatsoever. I fail to see why this "company" couldn't just be honest about availability and shipping. If you don't have it say so, don't pull the hurry up and find it game. People are depending on your word. My kids are in their second week of no A/C. My installer is upset about the schedule changes....he has people depending on him, too. I will be canceling my order Monday morning. I generally pride myself on solid research and sensible purchases. Clearly I failed with this company.
