Our long-awaited refinance
|
We have been trying to refinance our mortgage for years, but due to the fact that we own a Palm Harbor manufactured home and circumstances beyond our control (like job loss etc.,) it combined to make that impossible. We've been charged a 12% interest on
our loan and things were grim. Then we received a call from GEQ Finance. I was very skeptical about their claim that they could help but since we had nothing to lose, we went ahead. Gunnar Cunningham worked with us tirelessly to get us through all the obstacles
and never once lost his professionalism and good manners. I'm sure I was difficult to deal with, as I had little faith that this would work, but he always returned my calls, was always pleasant (even when I wasn't) and always encouraging and upbeat. He got
us through and we signed the final papers and we will be eternally grateful to him for helping us through this. Gunnar is a dedicated, smart, pleasant and very kind individual. He is a tremendous asset to your firm and I hope he is well appreciated. Thank
