Two great Ladies at Greenlight Loans
|
We recently refinanced with Greenlight Loans as our mortgage is with Nationstar. Had been treated rather arrogantly by another company so did not try again for sometime. Then I called Nationstar and found the number was for their affiliate Greenlight.
The lady who answered ( Cathy Nguyen) was so pleasant, friendly and upbeat I was encouraged to continue. She continued to be encouraging, friendly and positive. A very different and pleasant experience from the other company we started to try. Then when we
were sent to Madeline Perez, it was the same. She was pleasant, patient and positive which was encouraging to us all through the process. When more information was needed from us she explained the reasons. When my computer skills were not great she was SO
patient! It did take 2 months and we lost a working trip to Nebraska, but NOT because of either of these great ladies. They are both an asset to Greenlight and I would readily recommend Greenlight to others because of our experience with Cathy Nguyen and Madeline
