Spent many years fighting PayPal, needed something else. Did my research and it seemed that WePay was the way to go. Wonder why I wasn't there earlier!
Customer service is great. Yes, you might have to wait a bit on the phone to talk to someone, but it's a small company. They only put payments to 'pending' if they need more information from customers. Which is actually protecting the buyer. I'm okay with waiting a day or so for my money to come through, if it means I'm protected.
Did I mention customer service rocks?!
