Terribly Disappointed!
I have been coloring my hair for 20 years now with Miss Clairol Light Auburn and always receive numerous compliments afterwards. I decided to try Esalon when Miss Clairol was not longer covering stubborn grays. I sent eSalon a picture of the color I wanted,
filled out the extensive questionnaire which would indicate I want a COPPER RED or AUBURN color. What I got is practically PURPLE! An ugly, dark burgundy red that looks unnatural and nothing like what I requested. I've received no compliments on my hair color
only comments such as "Whoa! That'll wake you up in the morning" (due to the unnatural bright burgundy). I was excited, based upon the reviews I read online about eSalon but I could not have been more disappointed. I have only had my hair professionally colored
3 times in my life and at great expense, it's always hugely disappointing. I tell you, the $5 drugstore Miss Clairol or Loreal gives me excellent results every time.
