Very Happy Customer


I've had a BULL BBQ for 6 years and have enjoyed every moment of it! Recently I had a problem with my burners. I called and spoke with Vincent and he was very concerned about my problem. Vincent took care of my problem in a timely manner. I wish all companies had an employee like Vincent to help us. Thank You Vincent!

Superior Customer Service on Warranty Issue


In early April, 2012, I wasn't getting anywhere with the local authorized Distributor on a warranty concern involving warped burners on a 7 year old Angus grill head. The Distributor's business is primarily plants and garden supplies and their understanding of Bull products and warranty procedures is virtually nil. In stepped Vincent Nuno from Bull's Rialto, CA headquarters. He directed the Distributor to tell me to call him directly at Bull's office. When I called, Vincent reassured me that he would expedite and manage the warranty process. He took immediate action to get me my replacement burners. His behavior and actions reminded me as to why my wife and I had been attracted to Bull products so long ago - a quality product, with a solid warranty, backed by a responsive and professional company. Thank you Vincent!

A Great Experience


We recently took delivery of a new Luxury Q bbq island that we ordered after seeing Bull Products at the Anaheim Home Show. We even received a nice discount for paying and taking delivery earlier than scheduled. We love the way the island looks..and the way the bbq cooks. Goodbye to refilling propane tanks! The service at purchase and the delivery went great. I would have to agree with another reviewer here that it seems odd they would put a fridge in the island without a receptacle inside to plug it into. It is just an extra thing the electrician had to do. Overall, we love the island and the value we feel we got for a quality heavy duty bbq. I hope any future dealings with the company go as well as the purchase did.

I ordered a Gourmet Q island with a complete kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the looks or performance. Thanks Bull for making it so easy.

Customer Service is MIA


I have been trying to get replacement burners for my grill for the past year. It seems like the customer service is MIA. I am trying one last time, and hopefully, this review will wake up the customer service. If the problem is acknowledged, then I will update this review. Mr. Krebs, Our customer service team is available Monday-Friday 8-5 PST, we are confused by the MIA statement. Can you give some more detail as to what the issue is? We have really enjoyed our 30" Bull outdoor entertainment sink and bar center. I also really enjoyed the service I received from Vince at Bull who helped me and made my issue a priority. Thanks Vince, people like you create repeat customers and referrals!!

I went to a Home Show in 2007 put a deposit on a BBQ Island. Well needless to say bad business ventures prevented me from getting that gorgeous island but I continued to make pmnts continously and Bull accepted them putting towards my invoice. I went to their showroom in May 2011 and they worked with me and with the money that I put towards the invoice after 4 years. I was able to still get a BULL bbq product HASSLE FREE. Nowadays, that kind of customer service is outstanding and so is their product!

We purchased an island grill from Bull during a home show in Las Vegas and scheduled the delivery for several months out, as we were planning to move. The much-anticipated delivery date came with rain, so the unit was slightly damaged. The delivery gentlemen were the ones who pointed it out to us and insisted on taking it back so that we could receive an undamaged unit instead. We used a coupon that was only good for a certain time period, but Bull didn't hesitate to honor it even though the delivery of the 2nd unit was past the time frame. I have already recommended them to a friend. Great service and rare promise to honor their product. Thank you, Bull!!

While the BBQ island we purchased recently was fairly nice, and the BBQ itself was quite nice for the price, customer service seems to be a problem with Bull and there were a couple of times we found they really lived up to their name. Bull. It was difficult to get the samples of tile sent out to us in a timely manner, and there was total miscommunication between the home office and their delivery people. They did meet the delivery schedule which was to their credit, but when we called the office to get updates during this process, it was like dealing with the 3 stooges. From a technical standpoint, would it have been too difficult to put a plug-in box inside the unit for the fridge? Seemed like an oversight to me, but I was easily able to install one. Not a bad unit for the money, though, but check the contract thoroughly as there were mistakes made at the point of sale! Company made good on them though.

As former Bull BBQ customers, this review is hard to write, but when you're mistreated as a customer, that leads to poor reviews. We attempted to buy $10,000 dollars in Bull BBQ items, including a full Island and firepit. After a couple of local dealers seemed disinterested in our business, we found an online Bull BBQ seller who was interested. However, he was not responsive to my emails and it took a long time to process the order. During this time, the promised delivery date changed from 6 to 8 weeks without our being notified. The half month further delivery delay put the projected time of arrival at 2 months from order, which is quite a long time. I contacted Bull BBQ to step in and help fix this problem. To my dismay, my letters and emails to the Present and VP of Sales were not even acknowledged! Other delivery options were available but without Bull responding to my help requests, we were unable to proceed and canceled our order. I gave them one last chance and contacted them about buying just the accessories and having the island built locally, but they didn't respond to that either. So, we will not be doing future business with Bull BBQ. Way to lose loyal customers in a poor economy Bull!

We purchased a Power Q Island Grill on 12/12/09 which included a refrigerator. We had many occasion to use the grill but when we attempted to use the refrigerator it made all the right noises and lit up but did not cool. We followed the directions exactly. All the paperwork was available and we contacted Adrian in the Bull Warranty Dept. at their 800 number. He directed us to fax the basic make/model/serial number plus the receipt which we did on 11/22/10. To our utter amazement we found a replacement refrigerator on our doorstep 11/30/10. We are grateful to have dealt with such a reputable company because we were treated courteously and respectfully. The results were beyond our expectations.

Nice BBQ system. Looks good and works great. Instructional setup material is a little on the weak side but overall not bad. I purchased a cover for my 30" 3 burner and it started to fade after 3 weeks in the sun! The unit does cook nicely and the price is good. The staff there is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this product.

I have had my BBQ Island for 7 months, I had one small problem with one of my stones on the wall and they had someone out to my home within one week. Purchasing the BBQ Island from Tall Tim at a local fair saved me at least $1500 over one of the retailers. I am very satisfied with my grill, still looks and works like a brand new grill. Go ahead and treat yourself you will be happy for many years to come.

Booked BBQ island at home show. Very good price (saved about 1K compared to retail) and great customer service. They called me and made sure that color is fine with me. Called me in advance to setup delivery time and product is outstanding.

We recently purchased an Island Bar B Q from Bull. We LOVE the Bar B Q & feel we saved about $2,000 over what the builder of our new home quoted us. We were also very impressed with the service we received. We changed a few things along the way (they have many choices for tile, stone, etc) and Angela
@ their customer service dept was wonderful! It was a very positive experience every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Bull!

One of the things that I miss so much about companies these days is the customer service we used to receive back in the day. Bull Outdoor Products, Inc sells high quality, beautiful outdoor products and has one of the best customer service departments I have ever dealt with before. I would encourage everyone who is going to purchase a BBQ in the future, no matter how big or small, to purchase it from this company. They stand behind their product 110% and we very much appreciate that. Thank you
