Scam?
I too have ordered three bras but I have never received them. After reading the reviews I think maybe I am lucky, it saves me the effort of sending them back. Although I am out $36.10. They did charge me for shipping, their ad said that if you ordered three you would get free shipping.

way too small
I took a package of "memory foam" slippers to UPS to be returned to Dream Products in Chatsworth, Calif. The slippers, which were men's large for sizes 11-12, are way too small. They cost $16.97 plus $3.95 for shipping and handling. The UPS fee was $11.98 so if I get a refund of $16.97, I will end up with $4.99. I could have given the slippers to my daughter-in-law for her garage sale, and maybe she could have sold them for 50¢ or maybe dollar.

What a joke - it only got worse
So last Thursday I posted about cheap bras but decided to keep them because after reading posts it seemed more hassle than it's worth and the cost I already paid for shipping and then shipping back....so I decide to keep the 3 cheap front hook sleep bras & do what the instructions say, wash before wearing, well now 2 of 3 bras are useless. The hooks either pulled out or twisted up and around so you now can't even hook the bras shut...what a complete waste of money....thanks for nothing and taking my $25. Of course after I decided to just keep them and wash them I threw all the packing away along with the packing slip....never again!!!!!

Afraid to send order back after reading reviews
I just received my order, 3 sleep bras and they were nothing what I was expecting, I guess for under $8 each, you get what you pay for....you pay cheap, you get cheap. Considering what it will cost to mail back, after already paying $3.95 to ship to me, I will just keep them. After reading all the reviews it sounds like it's more of a hassle than it's worth, $25 lesson learned. Thanks people for your honest posts and saving me the aggravation.

Solar Candy Canes
I ordered 2 sets of the Solar Energy Candy canes. I paid for a rush delivery, in which they still didn’t come in on time. I called and complained and the rep was nice to issue a $2.95 credit towards my account. Once I received my order, I let them sit out under the light in the house. I put them out on the lawn, and for 2 weeks now they still aren’t working. Also, when I ordered my products, I was told that I would receive a surprise gift, and a gas voucher. I didn’t receive any of that.
I called complaining about the product last week, and the woman said she will issue me a credit. She never stated when or how much will be credited towards my account. I called again today, and was told that they will issue my credit on January 2nd, due to inventory. As a customer, inventory processing has nothing to do with me, and it shouldn’t affect your customers at all! I explained to her that this was unacceptable and asked to speak with a Supervisor. The rep continued to talk while I was speaking, which is very rude. Then I told her again after a few attempts that I want to speak with a Supervisor, and then I was placed on hold. After holding for 10 minutes, the call was disconnected!

I've been using Dream Products for several years, never a problem on products and or delivery.
Their adjustable health slippers have been my go to. They are $30.00 cheaper and just as good or better than when I paid $50.
I am now ready to order these again plus other things.

Memory Foam slippers with toe alignments...what a joke! Shoddy materials...could have bought them from the dollar shop. 'Shoes Under'...again flimsy material (glad it was bogo). Sleep bras may have worked if they fit. Didn't even bother trying to return my order as it would cost me in postage anyway. I will never order from this company again. Amazon has an easy return policy with no hassles. They send the order quickly. This company takes weeks.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
this is my first and last time using "dreamproducts". placed order on 9/24/2012 to recieve in 3-4 weeks (today is 10/25/2012) 4 weeks and 3 days to be exact. called to check on order and 1 item shipped yesterday 10/24/2012 and the other hadnt been shipped out yet. i dont know what 3-4 weeks means to you guys???????? now i have to wait another 2 wks before recieving the order because 1 was just notified today that they were on back order. go figure????keep the post or delete it it doesnt matter word of mouth is another option. THIS IS NOT A FALSE REVIEW.

Terrible delivery service
I initially placed an order in September, 2011. That order was not shipped and when I called a month later, I was told they do not accept American Express. I had a similar experience with another charge card on the same order a month later, again without an explanation until I phoned them. Finally I sent as check, which cleared the bank and still no package! I phoned again and this time they told me the order was still sitting on their shelves! Today is December 6. I'll let you know if and when it's delivered.

Dec. 2010 I ordered the memory foam moccasin boots for a gift for a friend. The item arrived the middle of
January 2011. The large size was too small for the over 6' friend so I had to return them on Jan. 29, 2011. I have
the post office receipt. Their ad states "satisfaction guaranteed or return for your money back". I sent the
first letter on May 3rd asking for my money to be refunded. To date, I've heard nothing. Now I've sent the second
letter dated Nov. 22nd and will wait twelve days for a refund check. After that I will notify the Better Business Bureau.
I don't recommend ordering from Dream Products. My rating is one star only.

I would give Dream Products NO Stars but your system doesn't allow that. I placed an on-line order for two bras. The bras were advertised at $7.97 each, with free shipping. At checkout, the website offered to "upgrade" my shipping for an additional charge. I declined, and was advised that the free shipping would take about 8 weeks. I was again offered "upgraded" shipping and declined again. The website then asked if I would make a "donation" to Dream Products in order to allow them to "continue to offer such great prices". I thought this was incredibly odd, I have never heard of a retailer doing something like this. I declined to "donate". My credit card was charged immediately, even though most reputable companies don't charge a credit card until the order is actually shipped. Over 8 weeks later, I had not received the product, and called Dream Products to inquire. They had no record of my order. They couldn't find it by the Order Number that the website gave me, or by my phone numbers, or by my zip code. Yet my credit card had been charged! Of course, since they had no record of my order, they would not discuss refunding the amoun charged to my credit card. It is clear that this is a disreputable company that lures people in with ridiculously low prices, and then tries to make up for it by bilking people into "upgraded" shipping charges, or into making "donations". If you fail to upgrade or donate, they fraudulently charge your credit card and then pretend they never heard of you.

I just called this company about a pair of slippers my son bought for me 2 weeks ago. The slippers were the most comfortable thing I have ever put on my feet but I had a minor problem with the stitching coming apart after only 2 weeks of wear. I called their 1-800 # and within 3 minutes I was told I would be recving another pair within 2-3 weeks - no questions asked. I am more than impressed with this companys customer service(lady was VERY NICE - wish I would have remembered her name) and will definitely be buying there in the future. (those slippers for sure!)

I recently placed an order by mail and 3 weeks later I haven't seen or heard anything from them. After calling I am informed it takes 2 weeks for them to get the order, 1 week for them to fill the order, and another week to two weeks for delivery. This is a Christmas gift I will not be receiving until well into January it seems, when I sent it out at the end of November. It is 2010...when does ordering EVER take this long and is this INNEFFICIENT??

I'd like to thank the posts written about DREAM PRODUCTS, INC. I had HIGH hopes to order over 5 of these Magnetic Windshield Covers, as Christmas presents for my family, but was very skeptical. I appreciate your input, as I will put my money towards other companies with a similar, yet better quality product. You saved me time, money, and the embarrassing looks, if I had given these to my family recipients!
