outstanding customer service

had a problem with my moccasins being the wrong ones. went to dream products on Friday at 5:00 pm when everyone was leaving. reggie the office guru was very polite & helpful by showing me the correct ones on her computer. she then accepted the wrong ones
from me & said "I think the customer service manager, Jessica may still be here". she disappeared for about 5 minutes (it's a big place), came back & said, "she is here & said she'll credit me for the return & ship the correct ones".outstanding customer service!
I had the correct ones in 4 days. cb 9/29/14
