I order 5 items, tulle, and received only half of my order despite that the invoice had check marks beside every item. I chose this company as it was slightly cheaper but was disappointed to find out that they couldn't complete a basic order. I recommend using another company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I ordered organza bags from this company yesterday and realized within less than 2 hours that I didn't order enough. Rather than incure additional shipping and handling charges for a second order, I thought it would be simple enough to just change my order as it had not been shipped. I called and sent several email messages to the contact info on their website and got no response. I tried again today and got no response. I then received an email saying my order was shipped. Only after the order was shipped did I get a response saying "Thanks for your email. After you submitted the order, it has already been printed out for process among 1000s orders in our warehouse. Thus, it is impossible to recall it for edit. Please return the products for refund after you receive them. At the same time, you may want to place a new order for the items you need." If they process 1000's of orders, they should have a better customer service program for responding to changes. If I return the products as they suggest, they do not refund the shipping and handling AND they charge a restocking fee. I was trying to avoid the extra fees in the first place. I have since looked up reviews on them here and other sites and the majority have had problems. I found another site - Paper Mart Packaging which is set up to take live phone calls from customers and change your order on line at any time before shipping. They also send you a notification prior to shipping to confirm your order. Gifts International could learn something from them.

Poor quality and horrible customer service.
I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this company. My 1st order was fine. I ordered spools of tulle. The 2nd and 3rd orders had defective tulle. They actually sent me a replacement for the defective spool in my 2nd order. With my 3rd (and last)order, I was sent a nasty and stupid email saying they're a wholesale company so they can not promise perfect products. (what???)The policy that complaints must be within 2 days is ridiculous! And I was told I should take my business elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! No quality control and or customer service. The only good thing from them was the advice to shop somewhere else. Thank you for shopping with Gifts International Inc! We can guarantee that you will be happy with every product that you purchase from us. All retail and wholesale customers are qualified to buy from us at super low pricing without minimum requirements (From their website. What a joke.)

Buy somewhere else...!
This company is rude, unhelpful, irresponsible and unprofessional. They are not willing to resolve any problems, but just continue to ignore emails. Their price was a little cheaper than other online sites but it wasn't worth it. Please pay a little extra and buy somewhere else so you get professional online service.

Horrible products and service
We ordered some products from them for an upcoming event that we have not been given much time to plan. While they did get the items here pretty quickly, about 3/4 of the order was incorrect. We ordered a few rolls of black tulle. That was fine. We also ordered a lot of, what was supposed to be, light silver sparkly tulle. We got ugly, dark, dull gray. It says "shimmer" on it, but there is no shimmer, sparkle, glittery effect to it at all and it's way too dark and gray.
I contacted them and tried to be very nice, asking how to return these and get what we had actually ordered. We truly feel they sent us the wrong items. We were told that we have to return the entire order, pay for the shipping and a 25% restocking fee--for their mistake!! Plus they can not send us an "exchange", we have to totally reorder. Even though their prices look good on the surface, they come out worse in the long run. They don't just charge shipping; there is another fee also--"handling" I think. Then having to pay high charges for re-stocking and return shipping for their mistake; I so wish I'd ordered from elsewhere or just gone to a store in town. We will never deal with them again. Be smart, save money, stay away from this horrible company. Their customer service is not helpful, and pretty nasty on top of their very bad policies.

The WORST Customer Service
I had purchased several times from Gifts International with no problems. This last time, they sent me the wrong size organza bags. I contacted them wanting to exchange the bags and they sent me one email after another in broken English, not addressing my questions. Bottom line, after 5 e-mails and wasting a bunch of my time, is that they will only accept returns of the entire order. Who has ever heard of a return policy where you have to send everything you ordered back, just to exchange a few items??? So, since I used some of the items in my order, I can't return anything. And the kicker is that the bags they sent me cost less than the bags paid for, so they ripped me off. Very frustrating.
If you are looking for a better company for organza bags, I have had good experiences with Nashville Wraps. They are an American company, and have really good customer service. It's worth the few cents more per bag.

UNCLEAN PLACE OF BUSINESS, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, PRODUCTS W/ STAINS- AVOID!!!!
yourorganzabag.com is a very unprofessional and untrustworthy supplier. I had been a good paying customer for some time. They shipped me the wrong color ribbon (which I needed desperately for packaging shipments for my small business during the Christmas rush). I sent them a polite email explaining their mistake and begged them to quickly ship out the RIGHT color ribbon so my business could package as it normally does. Since I had spent hundreds with them and I was asking for a couple of dollars worth of ribbon I was certain they would apologize for the error and make it right (because this is how I conduct business and is how any normal business would respond). THEY REFUSED TO ADMIT THEIR MISTAKE, REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND, SENT RUDE EMAILS, TOOK FOREVER TO RESPOND TO EMAILS, WOULD NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS (Their phone number for others with complains can be found in their paypal account info: 909-390-4849) and PAYPAL IMMEDIATELY FILED A DISPUTE AGAINST THEM. They sent me taunting emails saying a few Better Business Bureau complaints would have no effect on their profits. They hide their phone number because they are hiding from customers. The satin bags they sent were often dirty with stains (indicating that the place of business was unclean)...I can go on and on. The bottom line is that yourorganzabag.com is not a real business- it is likely run out of someone's unclean home by one person who doesn't check the business email daily and could not care less about customer service. I immediately found a far superior supplier - a REAL BUSINESS (papermart.com). They carry the same things as yourorganzabag.com plus MUCH more and are a real business with easy ways to contact them made clear on their website. Business people, wedding planners, brides to be, AVOID yourorganzabag.com LIKE THE PLAGUE. Unclean place of business, Stained product, rude emails, hides from customers. Its just not worth it. I'm so happy I found a far superior supplier.

It is not Nylon as advertised. It is plasticky feeling and has larger diamond holes and feels stiffer.

Great Company!
I've been ordering off and on from Gifts Intl. for a couple years now. I have never had any problems with my order until my last one. I received my order but two sets of organza bags that I was supposed to receive weren't in my shipment. Instead, I received two rolls of organza ribbon that I hadn't ordered. After immediately contacting the company, they sent me to their website. I was a little confused as to how I was supposed to follow the websites directions with this situation so I emailed the company about my problem. They are now shipping me the correct items at no extra cost (and I don't have to ship back the ribbon they erroneously sent to me). Yeah for good customer service! I'll definitely be back and even though they messed up this order, they made it right by me so I'll give them five stars.

BEWARE!!!! Unreasonable Customer Service and Product Inconsistency!!!
I ordered close to a thousand dollars worth of products and received the shipment within an acceptable time-frame. Once received, I thoroughly reviewed each item in the package and found so many errors. I needed to be thorough because I too am a vendor and whatever I contract and buy from distributors (such as Gifts Intl) has to be accurate because it effects MY customers as well. And I highly value my customers satisfaction.
First of all, although they marked "out-of-stock" on one of the items, they didn't even address as to it being on back order or if I was going to get a refund. I emailed them with a list of errors with the order I received, and after a week they responded with a refund for the out-of-stock item. I appreciate that they responded within the 5 business days that they promised, but what was upsetting was that they only responded about one item. So I had to re-email them again to ask them to address the other issues in the first email that they completely ignored.
One of the issues was they failed to ship one of the items as it was missing from the package. I needed all the items that I ordered, because it was to be used for one of my client's wedding. And so they finally responded that their policy states for ME to pay the shipping cost to send the ENTIRE order back to them for review because they can't honor and give credits/replacements based on emails. What?! They were able to honor and respond to one of the many issues via email, but now they all of a sudden can't do it by email anymore? So you can't call them and speak to anyone because their voice recording says to email them, but now you can't even email them and resolve anything? What is a customer to do? Call out into space or send a telepathic message to them? They said they know it's very hard for me to ship the entire order back to them, but that I simply just have to do it because it will "help cut any possible costs" on their part (their exact wording as quoted). Yes, it is tough to ship it all back considering that the shipment came in 3 heavy boxes adding up to almost 200 pounds total. And they expect ME to pay for the shipping cost for their ignorant mistakes, just so they can determine that ONE item is MISSING from the three boxes!!!??? So in other words, they must see the three boxes with all the other items just to determine that one is missing??? What, is there supposed to be a vacant space in the box where they can identify that "oh, that's the very spot where we forgot to put that missing item!" What an illogical way to resolve such an issue! And just to clarify, I am not lying about not receiving an item just so I can get a freebie -- If I could afford close to $1,000 in one order, then obviously I'm not trying to cheat anyone for a single product. All I want is to just get what I paid for! It's called honoring an agreement between a buyer & seller. And it's also called business integrity!
Thirdly, make sure you count your yards on every single ribbon spool. You are NOT getting the same yardage/feet as advertised on their website. You will be short by a couple of feet or even yards!!! Yes, I checked every single spool because if my client paid for 100 yards of a ribbon, that's what I will give her. So, if you take the price of the spool and divide it by the actual length that you received, the price is much higher per inch than what you had agreed to pay for!!!! This is definitely false advertisement.
Lastly, their product colors are not consistent. I ordered 9 spools of supposedly the same color only to receive 8 of them in the correct color and 1 that was totally wrong! They replied in their email that sometimes ribbons vary slightly in tone. What a lie! If it was hunter green vs. olive green, then I might have some understanding in tone variation. But what I got was two totally different colors: a pink that was supposedly the color brown! How are these two colors even considered to be in the same color group with just slight tone variation? Gifts International need to learn about color basics. Even a kid in kindergarten would know that brown is not pink! Basically, their response was that I just have to accept their color mistake. Why don't they also accept partial payment if they only give partial spools? Why don't they also accept funny-money for their funny colors? But no, they won't. Yet it's in their ethics for their customers to accept partial spools and incorrect colors.
I know this review is long, but I feel like I need to be very honest about my experience because I don't want others getting ripped off either. I will never order from them again. Their ignorance and service is not worth my and my client's money and time. For those who were lucky to not experience such bad service & products, then good for you. But this company is really just the luck of the draw, and it's not worth gambling your money... especially if you are needing things for one of the most important celebrations of your life: your wedding day. Ironic that they claim to be a business that "specializes" in wedding supplies, yet they fail to understand and value services and quality supplies that are needed for weddings.

Gifts International is a Great company
I feel as If I should write this review since there are so many bad reviews out there for this company. I was very hesitant to order anything because so many people said their orders were wrong. I took the chance and ordered. I AM SOOOOOO HAPPY with this company. My orders were both over $100, and included a variety of items. I did not experience holes in tulle / miscoloring of ribbon , etc. Everything was in perfect condition. THANK YOU GIFTS INTERNATIONAL!!

PAY EXTRA & BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! (NO STARS - NEGATIVE STARS)
I am appalled at the customer service of this company. I ordered ivory tulle & sheer ivory ribbon for a wedding that was this past weekend. I rec'd the correct ivory tulle & PEACH sheer ribbon. I notified them immediately. They won't consider a return unless I return the COMPLETE order. WTH? I used the ivory tulle already. On top of that they want me to pay for the return FOR THEIR SCREW UP! Then they could take up to 12 weeks to process a refund.

No merchandise, No refund, and they are trying to charge me late fees!
I placed an order for a large amount of fabric for a friend's wedding. They sent me an email stating that it would take up to 7 days to process my order. After the 7 days, they still had not shipped the order. I tried calling to check the status of my order, and I left numerous messages that were never returned. I also sent several emails inquiring about the order, and got no response. Finally, I sent an email to cancel the order and asked for a refund, to which they finally responded saying that they would send me a refund in 2-3 days. I never got my refund. After several days, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, and cancel my credit card. Almost two weeks after I filed the dispute and their account was charged back the amount of my purchase, they sent me an email saying that they sent a refund. The next morning they had refunded almost all of my money, but it was still $5 short. I then received an email from them saying that because they refunded the money and their account was charged back that I now owe them the amount of the charge back plus a $25 fee. The email also stated that if I did not pay in 15 days, they will charge me late fees and collection costs. My bank is sending back their refund, so I don't feel that I owe them anything more. If I had not filed a dispute, I would have never received my money back. This company is nothing but a fraud, and even now they are still trying to scam me. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and in doing so, I found out that there have been several other complaints. I would give them a negative star rating if the option was available. They also go by another name when they bill you, so beware of "Your Organza Bag" as well. It's the same company as Gifts International. Don't be fooled by their cheap prices! You take a huge risk when ordering from this company!

Bad customer service
I ordered grosgrain ribbons few times from them before. I had no problem until my last order. They mistook the yellow colors and I got 2 different mint color.
They said "Different lots can have slightly different colors. Our yellow is lighter than light gold but darker than baby maize. We understand some customers will think yellow is a lemon yellow, however, our baby maize is the lemon yellow. Please follow our Return policy to return this order if you don’t wish to keep. "
I have ordered yellow, light gold and baby maize before from them. They didn't talk about the mint colors I was aking.
I will never order from them again. Also, I don't recommend to you this store.

Don't use this company
In the last month I have placed two separate orders for about 13 spools of tulle per order, one order from these people and one from tullesource. Tullesource was a little more expensive but no issues. These people however, alot of the tulle had minor flaws and imperfections, which I could look past, one roll however, almost a third of it is damaged. I emailed them and was told that I have 2 days to inspect and return anything. So within two days I was supposed to unravel and inspect 13 rolls of tulle? That's absolutely ridiculous. I'd rather spend a little more and be confident in my order.

Shortage on tulle
I purchased tulle for upcoming wedding & so did mother of the bride from gifts international.....wish I had read this forum first. 40 yard bolts apparently does not mean 40 yards. All bolts so far have been short as much as 6 yards. So far only emails back & forth that state "for security reasons" it has to be returned & will be refunded. I guess this is "top secret government tulle" They are making money on their 25% restocking fee & you pay to return shipment. They will not return phone calls, not that I expect them too at this point after reading reviews below. I guess I'll just sit back & see if it gets resolved. Then I will go to Walmart & buy the remainder of the tulle. You may pay more, but buy from someone more reputable. ZERO stars from me!

Don't waste your money ordering from this company - you'll never get it back. I've ordered from them hundreds of times over the last couple of years and the service has always been terrible, but I was getting my items in a timely manner. Suddenly they started to short me on the items ordered, send the wrong colors of bags, take 10 days just to ship a simple order and not ship items that were "out of stock" handwritten on my invoice in the box. I am still waiting for refunds for those out of stock items from February and March of this year.
There are plenty of businesses who may charge a bit more but have better quality, better shipping policies (Gifts Intl will downgrade your shipping to FedEX Smartpost or USPS whenever they can) and who actually answers their phones or responds to emails.
BUYER BEWARE! I'll NEVER use them again. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

I have ordered a couple of times before from this company and had no problems. I just placed two orders, one a week ago and one on Wednesday, for a total of like $75 worth of stuff. I received an invoice for my purchases, but no product or anything. When I call, no answer. I leave message after message, but have not received any calls back. I called one time yesterday and the phone was busy, so I know they're using it for something. I have e-mailed them several times as well, no answer. I'm very frustrated with these people, I have customers waiting for their items and I can't make them until these people decide to get off of their rude butts a get my order together and shipped. I e-mailed them last night and told them that their company has issues and their customer service department needed to be re-evaluated. Now, to find another company with tulle at those prices would be awesome. I'm thinking that Gifts International might be too busy for the customers on their website because of their stuff on Ebay, I don't know. I just know that I am mad, and I probably won't go back in the future.

I wish I could rate them a negative. They have the worst customer service ever! They did not ship my items according to the time frame they promised, making my order late. When I finally received my order for satin ribbons, they were VERY CHEAP quality. Some of the 1/8" satin ribbons I ordered were not even completely dyed...leaving half of it with a white tinge and the other half colored. I ordered over 30 rolls of various colors/sizes. Their polyester satin ribbons feel and look more like the cheaper quality stiff nylon satin ribbons. Not the quality they claim them to be on their website. Don't order from them if you are using their ribbons for your wedding. You will get what you pay for. Cheap prices, cheap quality items, bad customer service.

Ordered 18 bolts of tulle for my daughter's wedding. I inspected shipment to make sure it was correct when received and everything was there except one bolt had a noticable quarter size hole. I did not complain because I could deal with quarter size hole. I started hanging tulle from my 14 ft. barn ceiling and to my surprise in the middle of a bolt there was major holes in one of the tulle and about 5 yards from the end of another it ran out and was cut in two pieces. I had to sew the pieces together and it is by the near the entrance of the barn door where it is very noticable, several other bolts also had small hole throughout the tulle. I called and left message, no one answers phone! When I looked at the contact page I noticed that if you did not complain within two days of receipt of the shipment that they would not return anything. Just FYI if you place an order check not only the shipment but unroll each bolt of tulle and check for defects or you may be disappointed.
