Buyer Beware
The picture of a resort (photo) of a lovely resort with a swimming pool in front of it, is ABSOLUTELY not Halo resorts inc. ie Fishermans Retreat Inc. at 32300 San Timoteo Canyon Rd Redlands, Ca. This is false advertising at best. As a member my experience has not been good. There billing process is so inaccurate, they have billed me thousands of dollars in error. I have yet to get it corrected. They LOST my trailer. I filed a police report as stollen with the Redlands Police Dept.They FOUND the trailer. I sold it years ago now and they are still billing me. When you go into there little store to pay it never gets credited to your bill ( I paid by credit card) I went into there office years ago to get it straightened out. I was asked to leave. I called Dr. Dang's office and was told Sameer would call me. He never did.I live out of state. This is hard to deal with. They put me in a collection agency. I honestly do not know how they stay in business.This membership belonged to my brother who passed away.I should not have taken it over. The hassle of it all!
