DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Found this company online. Was really excited because of the selection of treats they "have". Made an order and paid online. That was April 10th 2013. Its is now May 13th 2013. NO CANDY! NO RESPONSE TO PHONE CALL OR EMAILS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Their phone is "magic jack" and they never answer it. I am going to contact the Local Police Department and file a theft report. $70.00 gone. I Wish I could leave a 0 Star review

So disappointed
I placed an order with ts company Nov 19th for christmas stuff. After a couple weeks went by and i didnt recieve it i emailed them to inquire about my order. Never heard a word, so then the next week started calling and leaving messages and still never heard a word. I cant believe a company can stay in business operating like this. Its Dec.23rd and i dont have my items and i still have never heard from them. Dont waste your time ordering from this company. Apparently i should have read these reviews before ordering. Looks like i am not the only one that got charged for an order that they never sent! I wish i could give them 0 stars!

Great Service
I was a little worried about ordering so late I wouldn't get them by christmas. I ordered and had the order within a few days. Great! My son wanted one for christmas and I got him a whole box... They'll probably last a while because he doesn't really eat sweets like that but thats ok. He has plenty to choose from :) Thanks a bunch.

Thank you for the quick delivery and high quality candy that you guys provided. I actually spent a lot of time and gas running around town trying to find these. I loved them as a child and am glad I know where to find them now. I will absolutely purchase more things from you guys in the future....

Great selection, pretty sweet prices too...
I was very pleased with my order and received everything just as I had ordered. My only issue is that the cinnamon taffy was so soft that it was all stuck to the wrappers, so impossible to eat - we had to throw it away. Otherwise, I loved everything, especially their huge selection and super-fast shipping!

This site has so many choices . It was the ONLY place online I could find pumpkin taffy. I received the order very quickly and I loved the free treat included! I will definitely be buying from them again .

Poor Customer Service - Do Not Recommend this Company
Poor Customer Service. If you have a problem with your order, don't expect anyone to return your e-mail requests or phone calls.
I ordered 1 pound chocolate bar for Halloween gift for $31, including $11.50 shipping. Packaged in large box with newspapers, but candy bar was broken. Likely broken before packaging, box was not dented. I contacted co. on day package arrived with plenty of time (weeks) for them to exchange damaged candy bar for new candy bar. Today is Halloween, and I'm going to give my daughter the broken candy bar - it's the thought that counts!

Love Munchies Sweets and Treats
Love Munchies online ordering and selection of candies. Mexican hat candies are hard to find. Our 3rd order in less than a year and they are the freshest Mexican Hats we have found. Delivery is quick too and the price is 1/3 of what we pay at the local OC FAIR! I usually order 7.5 lbs but this time we are going for 30lbs of Mexican Hats.

Love this place!
I recently ordered some candy from them for my wedding to use as wedding favors. I receieved the order very quickly! I loved getting the samples of candy they sent too! I won't hesitate to order from them in the future!!

DO NOT order from this company
Do Not order from this so called company. Same deal as other people who have posted. They have zero customer service which you will need. Wrong order was shipped but I was charged for the item that I ordered so....I ended up with wrong item and charged twice the amount on my credit card. They don't answer phone, mailbox always full. Pretty sure that is the way the avoid customers. No replies to many emails that I sent. If you order from them you are pretty much kissing your money good-bye.

I have called with no success. My card was charged right away and I have emailed several times with no response. I went on their site to try to determine a shipping time frame and put some items in my cart and they emailed me trying to get me to order again!!! What a rip off I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. I will have to contact my credit card company to resolve this as it has been weeks with no response. I feel like giving 1 star is generous.

this is without a doubt the worse company i have ever dealt with. they charged my credit card immediately after i placed my order then never sent me the items. a month later i finally got through to a 'customer service rep' and still didn't get any action. i finally filed an internet crime report-after which my order was canceled by the company-they didn't even notify me of the cancellation . i wouldn't recommend ANYONE order from this company unless you like getting ripped off. my rating is minus a million stars!

These people are thieves. My wife ordered some candy from them as a Christmas gift. They immediately charged our Visa account and then never sent the product. We have tried time and time again to contact them both through phone messages (because nobody actually answers the phone) or via e-mails. No response! In investigating this company, I have found numerous complaints about this company from people that had the exact same experience as us. They take your money and don't send you the product. There's only one word for that. THEFT! Doing business with this company is a gamble. You'd probably have better odds on a slot machine in Vegas.
