Brand new to precious metals - great expereince with PMBG
This was my first experience buying precious metals, and I had not heard of PMBG before now. I was impressed by the many favorable reviews they have online. Right from the start, PMBG and account executive Marcus Sandoval were ready with the information that I needed to get started into buying precious metals. This included insight into what affects the value of precious metals, as well as various articles and information which I, could read online on my own. Since then, they have been "right there" with answers to my questions (including my "dumb" ones). The emphasis is on the customer, and I have not felt that I am just being pressured into buying something.

Very Satisfied with PMBG
This company (PMBG International LLC)was very professional when I contacted them. The service representative thoroughly explained how I could roll over my existing traditional IRA into a Self Directed Silver or Gold IRA. The main thing that I liked was that the whole process was thouroughly explained and my options were made available during each stage of the process. Thanks Marcus!

PMBG gold purchase
We made a first time gold purchase from PMBG. It was the most excellent customer service experience I have ever had with any company. Our order had a shipping issue and was sent to the Delaware Depository in error. PMBG sent us 3 silver coins and upgraded 1 of our gold coins at substantial cost to them in an effort to apologize for the mistake. We could not beleive they did this for us.
I have heard many companies brag about customer service but few actually offer it when issues arise. PMBG is the exception to the rule.
Thank you Marcus for everything. I would and have already recommended PMBG to friends and family. I would never buy from anyone else.

Great working with PMBG
Having a very low performing Roth IRA in a non-responsive brokerage outfit, I was looking to make a change. Upon considering precious metals, I read a number of reviews and decided to give PMBG a try. I was amazed at the flexibility in terms of working with my schedule, and the due diligence of the staff here. All the necessary forms were prepared and I was educated about the precious metals market to make a wise choice. They will make suggestions to you based on their experience, but ultimately the choice is yours. No pressure into one area over the other and all questions are answered - if not immediately, in a very timely fashion.
I've already recommended PMBG to family members and friends. Great outfit!

Straight Forward / Solid / Great Follow Through
For my first time buying any precious metals I was educated in detail on the difference between bullion, pre-1933 collectible coins and newer dated proof coins. I wanted to buy a rare/collectible coin for each of my two children for a special occasion and wasn't sure how to evaluate/choose.
I ended up spending a solid 15 minutes on the phone with them and decided upon two higher rated (MS-64) US Silver Dollars. Now that I have a better understanding of the various ways that I can invest in precious metals (including my 401k/IRA which I had no idea about), I plan to deal with PMBG again because they were so easy to deal with and clear about how they explained things.
Thank you PMBG for making me feel like an empowered buyer vs "being sold."

Great experience buying gold! I appreciate the honesty and exceptional customer experience they provided. Had lots of questions because this was my first time buying gold as an investment. I shopped around and PMBG definitely had the best prices and got me the best deal. I would recommend them to anyone in the market and will recommend them to my friends.

I have an ongoing purchasing relationship with PMBG now and thus far have been completely satisfied. Their disclosure is full; their prices are competitive or better; their delivery is prompt; their packaging is secure, and when I was completely new to the precious metals and coins market, their representative has been patient, and explained everything about my metal purchases. I've never bought gold before but after months of going back and forth I finally did. I researched a bunch of companies, and precious metal brokers group or pmbg as they're called was the most helpful and reasonable in prices. I recommend them and will buy again in the future.

I've been shopping for a Christmas gift for my father who loves rare coins, and I found PMBG Precious Metals on the internet. I decided to give them a call, because I had lots of questions. They were very helpful with thier suggestions on what my father would like best. I called back 1/2 hour later and made a puchase after comparing their prices. They were a whole lot cheaper than 2 other gold companies I checked with. To make a long story short, I recieved the gold coins last night, only 48 hours later! I give them 2 BIG thumbs up.
