Today, July 24th. I received a phone call from this company. The person on the phone offered to lower my interest rate with the bank that has my mortgage. She mentioned something like dropping the interest rate from 8.5% (actual rate) to 4.5%. It really sounded attractive. I took a look into this thru BBB.COM and I was pleasantly surprised that I did NOT make any commitments with the "Supervisor" who had called me. Most of the comments on the bbb page indicates that this company is a scammer. It will take your money and never get back to you. You lose your money and maybe even your house or home. "IF" they happen to call you with a funny foreign accent - more than likely from India - tell them "thank you" that you are NOT interested in their services and hang up. It is the best policy and slowly they will run out of people to scam.Thank you, Norman Simmons.-
