Please do not take your pets to this clinic. After Dr. Rao passed away, this clinic went through several owners. The present owner Paul and his staff are unprofessional, rude, and have no business being in any industry that supposedly "cares" about animals. I had to have my 6 yr old siamese euthanized on Nov 2nd. I paid the amount in full, which included cremation and the return of his ashes. Carol, at the front desk was visiting with friends and had a difficult time with the calculator while adding up my bill. It took her 3 tries. When I went to pick up Oliver's ashes on Nov 26th I was told I still owed $175.00. I told them my bill was paid in full and showed my receipt. Deb and Paul said I knew I owed more than that (I still haven't figured out how I knew) and intentionally deceived Carol about the charges. At no time did Carol get up and ask the staff about my charges. I was appalled at Paul's statement and even more so when Deb went around the office yelling I was a liar and dishonest. I have not been give Oliver's ashes. I have filed complaints with the state Veterinary Board, PETA, ASPCA, and the BBB. Please do not take your pets here. Please stay away from this business.
