Worst company in the WORLD.
I had the pleasure (notice the sarcasm)of speaking with David today. When I tried to tell him what the salesman told me on the phone he cut me off and said he knew that he was a stand up guy. When I asked if he was calling me a liar he said his salesman was a straight shooter. Then acussed me of calling him a liar and hung up on me. VERY professional of him. Especially since he didn't even hear what my complaint was. So I called back and he answered again. I asked why he hung on me and he said because I called him a liar and I should be standing in his face when I did. Again VERY professional. Then he asks what do I want to do. So I tell him I want to return the merchandise and he says go ahead. When I tell him the salesman said he would ship it to me to try at no risk until Feb. and if for any reason I wasn't satisfied I could send it back and they would take care of shipping he says they don't pay return shipping and that he would gladly walk down the hall and talk to the salesman directly and have him call me back. Not holding my breath waiting on that phone call. The items shipped were $399.90 as per our conversation (the salesman) and that was to be the total. But when I got my invoice the total was $501.75. So I called on several occasions to find out why the total had changed but all I got was a voice mail. I left my name and number each time but never got a return phone call. When I did get someone on the phone they pointed out the fine print at the bottom of the sheet, and now the invoice was past due, in Jan. In one of the two 5 star postings one guy says he received American tools I call B.S. Everything they sent me was made in China. The pitch was they were supposed to be snap on tools other brand. I have called back on several occasions, once before today I talked with another gentleman and he said he would put the freight $63.75 and STC $38.10 back on the salesman. So it's obvious someone isn't telling it straight. That raised a red flag so I did a little research about the tools they sent me and I could drive 15 minutes to pick them up for less than half of what they are trying to charge. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to do that math. Also I never order anything to be shipped to me that I have to pay to ship back because that tells me the product is substandard. Now as far as the only other 5 star review, how stupid do you think we are David M. you did the post and you responded to the post so I guess I (we) aren't as ignorant as yourself. As someone else said in their post obviously all these people can't be wrong. So feel free to call me back David M. Or have the fast talking snake oil salesman call me. I'd like to know how he plans to take care of the 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee he pitched. Also the invoice states It is the responsibility of the customer to return all merchandise within 30 days in its original condition, that was not what the salesman pitched to me on the phone. It took more than a month to get someone on the phone. Sounds like bait and switch to me. So just like most of the other posts say on here stay away from this company at all cost. They are worse than any two bit hustler on the street or in any truck stop trying to sell you some junk that isn't what they say it is. I am also going to try to reach their local BBB and let them know how the company misrepresents themselves and file a complaint. But when you are a bunch of hustlers like these guys I guess that doesn't bother you.

First and foremost, the conversation you are speaking of was not with me. I would never, nor have I ever spoken to anyone in that tone. Itake my job seriously, and ANY complaint or issue that is raised with this company has a direct affect on my and the good poeple that work for this company. If your call was made to us "after" 30 days of the delivery date, we would require you to send the material back at your own cost. If not, contact me direct and we can discuss the matter in more detail. Be sure to use my "direct" extension to ensure you and I speak.
