I would like to start off by saying that this company is unprofessional. My grandfather had cancer insurance through them and when he went in for surgery due to the cancer he passed away. Now this company is denying the claims. My grandfather had insurance through this company for over 20 years and their service was good up until now. He had paid out so much money to this company for coverage he thought he had. Now they won't cover any part of his expenses. You pay money to these company for the purpose of being covered and when you have paid more than enough money out to them for years to cover the medical bills they deny the claim. Now keep in mind we recieved these papers today and not only that they have asked for medical papers to be sent to them which I have done 3 times and they asked for another copy. I am not sending a 4th copy just so they can tell me the claim is denied. When trying to speak to the woman handling my claim she is never there and when they return my phone calls i never speak to her when I have asked many of times to. I would also like to add that this all has happened recently. I recieved the papers today, so this is still an ongoing thing.I hope this review is helpful to anyone considering this company.
