I ordered a 10 X 20 tarp, and told them at least 6 times that I did NOT want a 12 X 20 which is usually used on 10 X 20 peaked frames. I told them over and over that I have a flat roof frame and do NOT need a 12 X 20. The tarp advertised on the site was
advertised as "10 X 20". I called just to make sure it was actually what it says. She told me it was, in fact 10 X 20. What they sent is 12 X 20 and it says "12 X 20" right on the label. Now they are refusing to return my money. They say they will refund it
but I have to pay the shipping and they wont refund me anything until they get it back, so I have to not only trust them after all this, but I have to spend more AND trust them.
