Company appears to have exited the area. Phone calls are not returned. HQ of One Hour Air Conditioning franchisees says company is no longer a franchisee. Checked physical address on 2/3/10, found office completely empty and abandoned. After six phone calls someone named Wayne returned my call, but is not honoring company warranties.
