This company was professional and courteous every step of the way. Our old air conditioning condenser failed in May of 2011 and I shopped many different installers until deciding on Airstream. They beat everyone on price, service and follow-up. They make sure you know what you need, what you can get, what prices are available, what installation will entail and how to get the most for your dollar. They primarily deal in Trane equipment but we were on a tight budget and could not afford the top of the line, so we got a great price on a Night and Day heater and condenser that is a vast improvement on what we had before. Time will tell if this unit will give the ten years the warranty provides us and the length of time we plan to own the home. They are committed to customer service. The sales rep went over everything in detail, was competitive with the other bids I'd had on the replacement and worked hard to secure my business. Installation was fast, courteous and well done. They have followed up with the owner coming over to check the work, photographing my duct work and showing me where future vulnerabilities may lie and have made couple of follow-up calls to see if everything is working OK. At this point, I could not be more happy with a contracting service and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking to replace your old HVAC units in the Santa Clarita area or Lancaster.
