BEWARE! BEWARE! STOP! Before you make any dealings with Alaska Breeze Corp. (a.k.a. AC Outlet), you have to be aware that they do not give full disclosures with their product or equipment, and they do not comply with the Contract Agreement. After an agreement was made with this company to install a 16 SEER 3 ton AC condensing unit and air handler unit, I later found out that only a 14.5 SEER 3 ton condensing unit was installed despite in the Completion Certificate, it is written a 16 SEER under the condensing unit rating. After complaining this to the said company, they have not done anything to correct the problem but only excuses were given. If I can give a star rating of ZERO, I will give that to Alaska Breeze Corporation.
