As a Broward citizen, it is HARD to live in South FL without any A/C, so imagine my distress when my A/C clunked out. The unit came with the hose, but the former owner assured me it was in tip top shape...sadly that wasn't the case. I went on the AYC site and requested a repair quote. Within 2 days, an AYC tech was at my door. The tech was informative on the issue and informed me that the issue can easily be fixed. Literally the NEXT day, he was back and corrected the problem.
