Hi,
I received services from Alex Tulensa at AmOne regarding a loan request I had. Of course, he boasts about AmOne's leading customer service. What a joke. They do not respond to you, ever. They send you lenders that have already denied you and then patronize you with e-mails telling you that you may qualify for a loan. The service is honestly TERRIBLE. If I could rate my service as a 0 stars I most certainly would. I wish I would have received services from This Hector Rivas, as apparently he is a much better representative than Alex. Nothing got accomplished for me other than a bunch of spam e-mails in my inbox and denial notices.
Thank you so much for your "excellent" customer service, Alex. Honestly, you are freakin terrific. They should give you a raise.
