Rude Staff

Specialist I have worked with is very rude. She completely changed tone after she was unable to find a way for getting my loan approved. I was called by christiana and she redirected me to some specialist. I told the so called "Specialist" that I'm not an U.S citizen but I have a work visa, she suddenly changed tone and she was very rude.
