Aug 31, 2009 we called this company to come look at our air cond unit because we thought we heard a odd noise. It turned out the noise was nothing but since they had come I decided to have them service the unit to make sure everything was running well. After, they told me it needed a new fuse and some wiring work done and the cost $80. I thought that reasonable. We live in the desert and want our air working properly.
After they left I turned on the unit only the fan worked, it was blowing HOT air. The cooling system worked before they serviced it that day. I called immediately for them to come back to fix it. I only got a mess machine. We called for 2 weeks leaving messages before they returned our calls. We explained that it was 120 degrees and needed our air cond fixed. They said they would not be coming and that they would refund our money. No apology, just left us hanging after they broke our air cond.
This unit is not only air cond but also a heater and the damage done is now effecting our heating system also. We had to call another company to try and repair what has been done by "All American".
We would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND the use of "All AMERICAN SERVICE".
