As a recent satisfied customer of American Premier Properties, I wanted to give my take on my experience. After researching other companies that provide similar service we found this company to be less expensive than the others in cost, but we feel the service we received was worth much more. Their customer service and constant communication was fantastic and their service finally gave us an option to dispose of our timeshare. They do charge a fee for their service but, it is not as much as what I would be paying for a timeshare that I have not used in years. Their sales reps had explained the entire transfer process and what to expect; the outcome was exactly what was promised. The escrow company they used also kept us informed of the process every step of the way. They have relieved my family of our timeshare where the fees had been increasing, had actually doubled over the past four years with no end in sight.
We had paid brokers to sell our timeshare and not even one interested buyer, and we would only hear from them when it was time to renew our listing; we wish we would have found this company sooner.
These listing companies rather see you pay them a fee to try and sell your timeshare, knowing that most units can’t even be sold for pennies. They know there is no getting out of these timeshares, we had tried 2 times before with no luck.
At least American Premier Properties allowed us to get rid of our unit and cut our losses. Their fee was worth the peace of mind, now knowing we are done with the timeshare. We would recommend this company to other families in a similar trapped situations with their timeshare. We also praise them for their no pressure style and ability to release us of the liability we had been pressured into when we bought our timeshare.
