Worse company I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with many mortgage companies over the years, especially refinancing. The staff was completely incompetent, like loosing paperwork, asking and re-asking for the same things over and over again, and my personal favorite, sending e-mails asking "How are we doing" and even after my scathing remarks, continued to send the same e-mails asking "How are we doing"! After 7 months of excruciating dealings with this company, they turned us down. That means they did not do their job, as we have never been turned down for a loan - our credit is impeccable and we have a high income compared to the loan amount we wanted to refinance. It was a blessing in disguise, however, because I couldn't bare to spend one more minute doing business with this company. They are the worse.
