My Nissan Rogue (2009) has 9762 miles. I took it in for an oil change. No strange noises or problems turning. Yet a half hour into waiting for my car Dustin Robinson informs me that my driver's side boot is torn and bone dry of oil.I didn't run over anything! The labor cost is $467.25 plus a rental car for 2 days is $70.00. The next day I spoke to the head of the service dept., Steve Clark. An evidence war proceeded. He had only one site to my four and he would not budge. So I Told him that Barkley Toyota charges $170.00 and Hunter Nissan charges $185.00 for labor. He asked for faxed quotes from these companies but immediately changed the price to $185.00 and 1 day car rental. They tried to steal $317.25, and they were making a profit at $185.00+$35.00 rental. They didn't count on an old grandmother confronting their fraudulent billing practices.
