This is one of the most unorganized companies I have dealt with to date. Every aspect of my car buying experience was riddled with hurdles. After purchasing the car and signing all the paperwork, I was told AFTER that my loan was not approved and my payments as well as interest rate was going to be change from the agreed amount. I understand the bank was not willing to work under our agreed terms, but the loan department should know this was bound to happen being they have been doing this for 30 years. I feel the change of terms was only to get me into car, once I signed everything, then they would tell me that I couldn't finance that little of an amount. I was told that they would give me $300 from my cash downpayment to make the loan amount higher, that took nearly 3 weeks to receive, like pulling teeth the whole way. Plus their cars are supposed to go through a 60 point inspection. My car had 2 problems from the first night I drove it around ( after I bought it of course.) They did fix on problem but the other I had to fix myself and it cost over $300. Finally once I thought all was going well and all ends where met, I get a letter in the mail stating that my registration and tag are at the dealership, but, I owe $140 in fees for it. It was a transfer and I already paid for it, once again they messed up and submitted for a new tag that I did not need. Now I have an expired tep tag that I cant drive my car with. Thank You Anything On Wheels for the worst car experience ever!
