HORRIBLE and IRRESPONSIBLE business. My experience with this company is horrible and beyond belief. Would give a negative star if I can.

I used them to service an a/c in my guest house, which would not blow cool air. They claimed that there isn't enough freon and the capacitor is out. They fixed it at the spot so cold air will come out, but lasted only 4 hours!

1. over-charge on materials. Charged me 5lbs of Freon refill, claimed to be 80% lost due to leakage, when my unit's max capicity was only 4.6lb (found out later).
2. unit broke again after 4 hours of operation. The same issue came back.
3. no one answers the phone number listed 95% of the time.
4. never call you back when left messages, or even promised on the phone.
5. 3 times consecutive no-show when finally scheduled to come back.
6. office is useless in connecting with technicians on the field or provide updates. Would only say call you back but never did.

I paid a $300 lesson on this experience. I wasn't aware that a company sent by my home warranty company on another covered item could be that irresponsible and couldn't stand by their service.
