Completely untrustworthy. Brought my car in for one simple problme- they diagnosed several others and I gladly paid to fix all problems.
The problem- the car was damaged while under their care- the radiosystem control panel which worked fine on entry- now does not work. They did not reset security codes and when they tried- no luck---still broken.
The battery was "dead" after service stay of 5 days and I learned that the battery placed in my car was not the battery I had in the car when delivered.
Incompetent- yes. Dishonest- yes. These people should be avoided- and not trusted to correctly diagnose, repair your Acura vehicle.
I will pusue legal action if required.
