Completely satisfied with the replacement they provided. My hot water heater went bad and arkidus replaced it. The total cost of this replacement was $850. It took 5 days for the work to be completed, but i cant really complain. I will definetely renew with this company next year. Their customer service is a little off, but they do honor claims. Thanks again Arkidus. I strongly recommend this company..
