Do NOT sign up for this warranty. I am a contractor who performed service for this company back in May 2012 and to date have not been paid for these services. I have repeatedly contacted this company for payment and have received every excuse in the book regarding check being in the mail but to date no payment is received. If you are a client of Arkidus, be aware, as you can be charged by contractor for work performed in YOUR home when payment is not received by your warranty company! You can then submit contractor's bill to Arkidus for payment, I wish you luck!
