Arkidus is anything but what they say.

I joined Arkidus 3 months ago and put in a claim three days ago. First of all, you can't call them because their "message box is completely full" all the time. So I left an email and they called the next day, which I missed while I was at work. I tried to call them back and got the same message noted above: message box full. I emailed again and they called me 8 hours later. They took the information and said they'd call my tenant (I insured the townhome I rent out and my tenant told me the garbage disposal was leaking) in the morning. They didn't call that day at all. They didn't call the next day and I imagine since they're no longer responding to my emails, that they're not going to call tomorrow. This is the 24 hour service they promise and we're heading into 72 hours. This is also the company whose material says they're available 24/7. Excuse me? Note again what I say above: you can't EVER call them, because their "message box is full". What kind of service is that? Again, 24 hours is now going on 72 hours. The garbage disposal is leaking. How long am I going to wait for the insurance I paid $500 for, to fix a leak. Water damage is no joke. I paid $500 for the insurance and now I'm going to have to pay probably close to that to not only replace the garbage disposal but to pay a plumber to come out and do it. Forget Arkidus. No matter how bad the reviews are that I've read online about American Home Shield, my friends are now telling me they use them and have had no problem getting things fixed. I hope I can only get my credit card company to realize I am not getting the product I purchased from Arkidus and they will give me my money back. STAY AWAY FROM ARKIDUS.
