A/C was repaired...

I have had two experiences with Arkidus Home Protection. One was immediately positive and the other was eventually positive. In the first case, when our air conditioner died and the temperature was over 100 degrees, Arkidus immediately referred me to an excellent repair company the took care of the problem right away. In the second case, when our oven died, Arkidus referred me to a repair company that came out the next day and said they would order parts and get back to me. Unfortunately two weeks later they had not called me and were not returning my calls. So, I called Arkidus instead. One of their representatives apologized profusely and explained the due to other similar complaints the repair company had been terminated as a provider just that very morning. I was then asked to please contact any local repair company I choose and have the oven repaired. They explained the they would prefer to pay the company directly but if the company would not agree to those terms I’d need to pay them and Arkidus would reimburse me. This turned out to be the case and AHP reimbursed me within 2 weeks of my submitting the bill. Overall I could not be happier with this company.
