I purchased a home warranty with this company in April 2012. In June my heat pump started blowing hot air. I called Arkidus, they sent someone to fix the issue. The contractor told them it was a freon leak in the handler unit, and that the unit was too old, and there were no replacement parts. Arkidus agree to pay 50% of a replacement unit, not 100% which they should according to our agreement, but 50%. Well that was over 2 months ago, and they still have not sent any money, nor will they return my calls or emails anymore. I've submitted complaints on Angie's List, (along with many other people), and also with the BBB, (along with other people). PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE MONEY!!
