They do not follow through on claims!
I've been a customer since April 2012, and paid for the Diamond contract because of 10 year old equipment. I've filed 3 claims so far; the first took 3 days for them to find a repair company in HOUSTON, they didn't have to pay out for a repair, but hadn't paid the vendor after a month. I then had an AC call which they approved for repair but didn't pay the vendor until I complained he wouldn't come out at my own expense! Now we have had another call the same unit, a service call and analysis was made, the next day ( a Friday) a manager called me to discuss that he was told there was improper installation so it would be 99% that they wouldn't cover it, yet he'd ask his manager. A hot weekend and no call back. Checking with 2 independent AC guys and the one who sent in the report, it seems there is a miscommunication about the installation of the core problem, and it SHOULD be covered and repaired, BUT we're getting NO response to our calss to them everyday and emails to the claims office. It's like our phone number is blocked since each call goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full. TRUST? I'm seriously disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone, and we're still sweating!
