Here is the last e-mail from the company. I have already filed formal complaints with the Miami BBB, Florida State Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission .. and I highly recommend you do the same IMMEDIATELY, because in my personal opinion, these people are CRIMINALS and I am seeking criminal prosecution and civil actions now.
Here is the e-mail in exact quotes...
"Steven,
like i said before if the company had assets or some other form of financial resource to get this done, then yes it would of been handled in the time given. We have already spoke with one of the investigators from the state and they are well aware the reason for this issue as it is not the only claim we have open.
We are planing a course of action to provide restitution to you and all clients with open claims as it is mandated by law. Our company again has done no such criminal offense. We are not scamming people out of their money as we have documented proof of claims paid. We will be refunding and honoring all open claims to clients that need to be paid. It will be taken over a course of time but restitution will be made.
I can not stop you from doing anything steven as i have simply given you an upto date detail of everything that has been transpiring within the last 30 days. At this time i am in liberty to state that company will pay restitution to your aunt and if you would like to receive our letter of intent i can do that for you sir.
Grief could not begin to explain the situation we are being put in. All that i want is your aunt to have her money, for you to get your money and we part our ways. This will be an event that will happen and like said before a method of action will be presented to her within the next 7 business days just like everyone else. If you would like to see the letter i would be more than happy to send it to you, as i have nothing to hide nor am i doing anything with criminal like conduct.

Of course, still no more contact! So FILE complaints IMMEDIATELY so authorities can take action on YOUR behalf.
In a previous e-mail ray told me their "bank accounts are frozen", most likely by the state attorney general, if he is even telling the truth!
