I filed two complaints against Arkidus and Ray Berges

I filed with BBB and, as another reviewer suggested, with the State of Texas. The company is clearly out of business and probably never was in business. Ray even tried to put my second payment of $253 through my paypal account without my knowledge. Luckily, I saw it in time to stop it. He approved $3900 toward a new HVAC system in our home. The A/C company spoke to him and got his approval. Of course, he did not pay and we owe that money now. I live in Texas and cannot help the Florida prosecutor. Can we all take him personally to small claims courts? He is not a corporation so is liable personally. And it costs maybe $25 to file a claim.
